The Forum’s Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 40 senior legal leaders and principals at private equity and private credit sponsors. It’s designed for GPs who are actively using secondaries - GP leds, continuation vehicles, credit solutions, and NAV finance - and are navigating increasing LP scrutiny, regulatory risk, and fiduciary complexity.
