The biennial Senior Resource Tax Practitioners’ Institute is a meeting for a limited number of senior resource tax specialists from the legal and accounting professions. Many experienced practitioners have found that ordinary tax conferences or seminar arrangements do not allow for in-depth discussion of complex, and often delicate issues amongst participants who have a common high level of professional skills. The meeting is based on active participation by all in attendance, along with a few featured presentations delivered by carefully-chosen subject matter experts.

    Varugis is the President of Cambridge Executive Connections (CEC), a subsidiary of Cambridge Forums Inc. Since 2003, Varugis has held sales, production and management roles at three global conference and business information providers. Prior to joining Cambridge Forums in 2015, he was the Director of Conference Development at Insight Information, the Canadian subsidiary of ALM Media, LLC.
