Forum Overview

The Forum is an annual meeting for a select group of up to 48 preeminent U.K. private practice lawyers & barristers, who represent both claimants and defendants, complemented by leading funders & experts, each of whom has been identified based on the breadth of their experience and sophistication in handling s.90 and s.90A FSMA claims.

This Forum provides an opportunity to discuss pressing issues, learn how others address these topics, and identify solutions in a collegial, thought-provoking environment.

Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group explores common concerns and engages in meaningful dialogue on the most noteworthy and provocative matters in securities and shareholder disputes.

2026 Steering Committee

This elite group, comprised of experts in the field, personally nominates all invitees and develops the Agenda, which forms the basis of our discussions.
