Dates: October 28 - 29, 2021
Location: Cambridge, Ontario
The 34th Annual Senior Tax Practitioners’ Institute is a meeting for a limited number of other senior tax specialists from the legal and accounting professions. Many experienced practitioners have found that ordinary tax conferences or seminar arrangements do not allow for in-depth discussion of complex, and often delicate issues amongst participants who have a common high level of professional skills. The meeting is based on active participation by all in attendance, along with a few featured presentations delivered by carefully-chosen subject matter experts.
All arrangements for this year’s Institute is managed by Cambridge Forums, a premium provider of professional development for senior practitioners and executives. Below is a brief video about the meetings organized by Cambridge.
Ken Buttenham and Jeffrey Trossman are the Co-Chairs of the Forum who have developed the Agenda and nominated all invitees.
Varugis is the President of Cambridge Executive Connections (CEC), a subsidiary of Cambridge Forums Inc. Since 2003, Varugis has held sales, production and management roles at three global conference and business information providers. In 2019, CEC was established as a specialised provider of sophisticated learning and networking experiences for private clients, family offices, institutional investors, and corporate leaders. Along with the flagship Forums, CEC builds Communities for members to engage and develop meaningful connections with their peers globally. As in past years, the objective of the meeting will be to review important current issues and developments in the tax area, utilizing the experience of our participants.
