The Forum is an annual meeting for an international group of up to 68 senior and highly experienced practitioners working with HNW & UHNW international families on issues relating to wealth protection and succession, cross-border estates, trusts, and tax law. Participants include legal advisers, trustees, private bankers, and accountants. The format encourages the exploration of common concerns, the exchange of ideas, and strategies to resolve challenges faced by clients. All those invited have approximately 15 – 25 years of relevant experience.
In 2023, the Forum for International Wealth Advisors – 2nd Generation celebrated its 10-year anniversary. Claudia Caffuzzi is a Vice Chairman and Managing Director of JPMorgan Private Bank. She is the Practice Leader for the International Wealth Advisory Group and the Latin America Wealth Advisory Group. As a Wealth Advisor, she advises individuals regarding estate and trust planning (covering both local and crossborder topics) and related transfer tax and income tax matters. She focuses primarily on clients in Mexico. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Claudia practiced law with the firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, concentrating in U.S. and international trust and estate planning. She served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Oliver Seth on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Claudia received a B.A. from Connecticut College, a J.D. from University of Southern California Law School and an L.L.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Claudia regularly speaks at international trust and estate planning conferences on a variety of Latin American tax planning topics.
Committee Members
Alexandra is a French-qualified lawyer with a career shaped by experiences in France, the UK, and Italy. Following several years in the M&A teams of leading international law firms, she shifted her focus over twelve years ago to specialize in advising private clients. Today, she supports international families with their tax and legal matters, including mobility concerns, working seamlessly alongside their trusted advisors or introducing dependable partners to help them navigate an increasingly complex landscape. Her expertise encompasses dynamic fields such as international taxation, estate planning, and the structuring and management of real estate investments. She also addresses family disputes, tackles issues related to digital assets, and engages with gender-related challenges. Guided by curiosity, creativity, and collaboration with respected colleagues, she has found her formula for professional fulfillment.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Queen’s University. Since joining Cambridge Forums in 2020, she has developed and overseen specialized forums for elite senior professionals navigating complex regulatory landscapes and advancing responsible business practices. Prior to Cambridge Forums, Emily spent a decade as an event manager, orchestrating high-profile fundraisers in Toronto and managing destination weddings worldwide. Her extensive expertise in relationship management and event logistics has been key to delivering exceptional participant experiences. Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling in search of the ultimate live music experiences, the best ski conditions, world-class golf courses, and exquisite cuisines and wines.
