Laura is a Director in the Transactions Legal team at CVC Capital Partners, partnering closely with deal teams across the firm on transaction execution. Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2017, working at Latham & Watkins in their M&A team until she joined CVC in 2020.
Committee Members
Andrew is based in London and co-leads the Sixth Street Legal team in Europe overseeing investment activity, portfolio management and business operational matters. Prior to joining Sixth Street, Andrew was a transactional lawyer at CVC Capital Partners covering Europe and latterly the Americas. Andrew started his career at Latham & Watkins in its London office.
