This exclusive Forum of just 40 participants brings together senior-level in-house counsel and key decision-makers from leading fund sponsors, institutional investors, select family offices, and sports-related organizations. They’ll be joined by a carefully curated group of elite private practice lawyers who advise these stakeholders.

Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies trends and developments in their varied jurisdictions for meaningful dialogue on the most interesting and provocative issues of the day.

Andrew is based in London and co-leads the Sixth Street Legal team in Europe overseeing investment activity, portfolio management and business operational matters. Prior to joining Sixth Street, Andrew was a transactional lawyer at CVC Capital Partners covering Europe and latterly the Americas. Andrew started his career at Latham & Watkins in its London office.

Zach Zimmerman is an executive director at Moelis & Co, where he works within the media, sports & entertainment group. Since joining Moelis during the Summer of 2021, he has worked on or is actively working on transactions across almost every major global sports league, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, EPL, MLS, NWSL, WNBA, Liga MX, Ligue 1, F1, NASCAR as well as several others. Mr. Zimmerman has worked in investment banking and private equity for over a decade and previously served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corp where he deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Zimmerman graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
