The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 preeminent fiduciary litigators from across the United States. Each participant specializes in assisting HNW and UHNW clients in resolving disputes relating to their estates. This Forum provides an opportunity to explore common concerns, exchange ideas and resolve challenges faced on behalf of these clients.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies trends and developments in their varied jurisdictions for meaningful dialogue on the most interesting and provocative issues of the day.
This elite group, comprised of experts in the field, personally nominates all invitees and develops the Agenda, which forms the basis of our discussions.

Built on meaningful interactions and genuine connections, the Forum is the premiere gathering for preeminent leaders helping HNW and UHNW clients resolve disputes relating to their estates.
"The Forum is a roundtable discussion event at the highest level in our professional area. Highly experienced attorneys actively discuss some of the most interesting and cutting edge issues in one practice area, with a peer discussion leader who sets up the issues and helps keep the ball rolling. However, there is never any lack of discussion in these respectful and spirited exchanges. These meetings really help get your blood flowing and will probably remind you again and again why you love your practice. The viewpoints from around the country are also key."
Margaret E.W. Sager Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, PC West Conshohocken, PA"The wealth of experience and knowledge of the participants was tremendous. By creating an environment that encourages open discussion and debate surrounding issues that are prevalent in my day-to-day practice, I feel that I gained more than participating or attending a presentation in a traditional seminar format. Meeting such a tremendous group of people from around the country who share common professional interests was the highlight."
Elizabeth L. Luckenbach Dickinson Wright Troy, MI"This Forum gave me the opportunity to engage in a small and organized setting with peers from across the country, with diverse backgrounds and approaches regarding the most critical issues in our practices. The Forum was well worth the time and expense. I left with pages of new thoughts and best practices."
