The Steering Committee welcomes 48 specialists from around the world including private practitioners, investigators, forensic accountants, insolvency practitioners, funders and in-house counsel in the area of enforcement of judgements and awards.
Using candid, seminar-style discussions at this annual meeting, the group examines civil and criminal law differences through multi-jurisdictional sharing to identify trends and developments on the most pressing issues of the day.

Mr. Hennessee, FRAeS, is SVP Litigation, Investigations & Regulatory Affairs at Airbus, where he leads the Group’s global activities in these areas. Separately, he occasionally sits as arbitrator and serves on the board of directors of companies and non-profits. Until July, 2019, he also served as Chairman of the Governing Body of the ICC Court of International Arbitration and is now a member of the HKIAC Council. Mr. Hennessee has previously practiced law in Germany and in the United States on behalf of institutions including the German Government, companies, and private law firms. Educated at the University of Göttingen, Germany, the London School of Economics and SMU Law School (where he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce), he holds degrees in history, economics/econometrics, and law. He is a trustee of Houston Grand Opera, a cancer survivor-mentor, Fellow of the Robert Bosch Foundation and Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Hennessee is the winner of the ILO Award for Litigation “Individual of the Year” for 2009 and the 2018 winner of the Golden Quill award from the Business and Legal Forum for published article of the year. He lectures at Paris Assas, Sciences Po, Toulouse Capitole University, Versailles and Hong Kong University and has published over 100 articles on various legal subjects. He is a frequent speaker on law, technology, aviation, and public policy.

Shóna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Spanish Literature from University College Dublin. Relocating to Canada from Ireland in 2018, Shóna joined Cambridge Forums, where she sparked a passion for event planning and management.
Leveraging her extensive experience in client relations from previous roles in insurance and finance, Shóna thrives in orchestrating high-profile events and delivering memorable experiences for her clients.
When not traveling around the world hosting Cambridge events, Shóna is based in Vancouver where she enjoys getting out in nature as much as possible – hiking the local trails, running along the seawall, or taking her paddle board out on the water.
Alejandro has many years of experience in the hospitality and corporate meetings industry and holds a university degree in Hotel Management. His career in corporate event planning started while attending university in Margarita Island, Venezuela. He is fully bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
In his spare time, Alejandro enjoys practicing yoga, biking cross country skiing, and travelling around the world to learn what makes each culture unique.
