COVID-19 Precautions

September 22 - 24, 2021 The Line Hotel, DC

COVID-19 Precautions

The Forum on Executive Compensation will proceed as planned on September 22 – 24, 2021. If the situation requires reassessment, we will promptly communicate any resulting changes to Forum invitees.

Be assured that we, along with the hotel, are fully committed to implementing the highest level of safety measures to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience for all.

With the consensus among global health authorities that vaccination provides the strongest protection against COVID-19 variants and to ensure a safe and comfortable meeting space at the Forum, all participants have been asked to provide proof of full vaccination.

The safety of our participants and staff are our highest priority. Cambridge Executive Connections is closely monitoring the pronouncements from the relevant government and health authorities and are committed to adhering to all related guidelines. With that in mind, the following COVID-19 precautions will be in place when we meet in Washington, D.C.:

  • All participants will be provided with two (2) N95 masks
    • Masks will be mandatory in all public areas of the hotel.
    • The meeting, reception, and dining rooms are fully private for our Forum group and not considered “public”
  • Ensure maximum ventilation in all Forum spaces
  • Hold all dinners and networking receptions outdoors, weather permitting
  • Space participants out at meals and around the meeting table
  • Limit the number of participants around each dining table
  • Additionally, turndown service will not be offered, to limit unnecessary entry into guest rooms
