Forum Overview

Dates: November 29 - December 1, 2026

Location: Cambridge, ON

The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 highly experienced litigators, from leading law firms, to meet and discuss common issues and trends in Canadian securities disputes. This Forum provides an opportunity to discuss pressing issues, learn how others address these topics, and identify solutions in a collegial, thought-provoking environment.
