Who Should Participate

“Through decades of advising ultra-high-net-worth families, I’ve seen how challenging it can be to evaluate and choose the right family office model — especially after a major wealth event or during generational transition. Too often, families receive advice shaped by providers’ interests rather than their own.

This Masterclass was designed to fill that gap. It offers a neutral, immersive environment where families can clarify their goals, explore a full range of models, and make informed decisions — whether they’re starting fresh or reassessing an existing structure. It also delivers practical education on core family office functions — investments, tax, philanthropy, governance — so families better understand what they need and why.

We built this program to reflect real-world family dynamics, not abstract theory. I’m proud to have helped shape the Masterclass and look forward to sharing it with families navigating these pivotal decisions. With expert guidance, peer learning, and tailored tools, the Masterclass empowers families to move forward with clarity and confidence.”

A Collaborative Learning Experience

The Masterclass is uniquely designed to be a retreat-style, small group, collaborative learning experience.

Family Participation is Encouraged

The Masterclass is most effective when members of the same family participate together. We strongly recommend team attendance – for example, family teams spanning multiple generations, siblings, cousins, and/or key non-family executives (who must be accompanied by a family member).

Note: To ensure a diversity of perspectives and optimal community building we must limit the participation of family members to 4 per offering.
