The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 in-house and outside counsel, together with a select few representatives from the consultant and finance communities, to discuss the rapidly expanding demands on corporations to meet the ESG expectations of stakeholders, investors, and regulators.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group engages in meaningful dialogue about their shared experiences, and collaboratively examine legal innovation and market developments.
This elite group, comprised of experts in the field, personally nominates all invitees and develops the Agenda, which forms the basis of our discussions.

Outside of the office, Emily can be found scouring Spotify for new music, hosting dinner parties for her friends and family, and perfecting her golf swing.
Built on genuine interactions and spontaneous connections, the Forum is a unique opportunity for practical discussions among preeminent ESG legal leaders.
"The Forum is a great way to connect with colleagues who are grappling with similar issues in their practice. The format facilities vibrant conversation and a lively exchange of ideas. I wholeheartedly recommend the Forum to any practitioner looking to immerse themselves in in-depth discussion on the issues of the day."Shawn P. "This is a great program, far better than conferences where people present, and others listen. The frank exchange of views and the equal playing field is very conducive to open and helpful discussion."William R. Sherman Partner Latham & Watkins LLP Washington, D.C., United States
"I have attended many conferences over the years, but the Forum is truly unique because it demands participation in a small group format and the content is rich and highly advanced."Joshua Levy Partner Ropes & Gray Boston, United States
