With the focus on complex cross-border corporate restructurings, the Steering Committee are inviting a select group of up to 40 senior representatives from investors including banks, sponsors and funds, as well as elite-level advisors from across Europe and the UK.
Using open, seminar-style discussions, participants will explore the current complex issues they are facing, The sessions will allow for sharing of experiences and ideas from different functional and jurisdictional perspectives.

Jean-Marie Capelle is Managing Director, Team Leader, and Portfolio Manager for Invesco’s Global Private Credit team, based in London. In this role, he oversees a team of sector specialist research analysts dedicated to fundamental credit research, providing investment recommendations across the private credit funds managed by the group. Mr. Capelle joined Invesco in 2013. Prior to his current role, he served as a senior analyst for the Fixed Income team. Before joining the firm, Mr. Capelle worked in leveraged finance at PineBridge Investments. Prior to that, he worked for Morgan Stanley in London and BNP Paribas in Paris. Mr. Capelle entered the financial services industry in 2006. Mr. Capelle earned a master’s degree in management from ESCP Paris. He is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.
Robbie is a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank’s Distressed Products Group (“DPG”) and heads the research part of the business. Robbie has over 20 years of experience in banking, 18 of which have been focussed on financial distress and restructuring from a corporate credit perspective. Robbie originally advised on restructuring deals, usually on the borrower side before moving to focus on distressed trading opportunities. Robbie has worked on situations across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Robbie began his career at HSBC before moving to Deutsche Bank.
