Forum Overview

The Steering Committee welcomes up to 48 leading tax, estate planning and estate litigation professionals from prominent law and accounting firms across Canada. This 2nd Generation Forum is part of the Cambridge Forums ‘Estates & Trusts’ series. It is geared towards practitioners that have between 15 – 24 years of experience in this field.​

 

Using candid, seminar-style discussion at this annual meeting, the group examines trends and developments in every jurisdiction and engages in meaningful dialogue on the most pressing issues facing their clients today.

She is well versed and experienced with the new Wills and Succession Act and the Adult Guardianship & Trusteeship Act.    In Shelley’s practice, she continues to be involved in teaching people the value of good estate planning. She is active in presenting to all demographic groups, including plus 55 groups, financial institutions, and other community and professional associations.    Shelley values the importance of a thorough and complete review of her clients’ succession plans to mitigate potential risk of litigation. She is dedicated to solving her clients’ complex objectives or problems.
