Forum Overview

The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of 48 experienced European litigators who lead mass damage cases involving competition, consumer and shareholder claims (a ‘horizontal’ approach). Participation is equally balanced between those doing defense and claimant representation.

Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies trends and developments in their varied jurisdictions for meaningful dialogue on the most pressing issues of the day.

2026 Steering Committee

This elite group, comprised of experts in the field, personally nominates all invitees and develops the Agenda, which forms the basis of our discussions.
