Dates: March 2 - 4, 2025
Location: Vancouver, BC
The Forum is an annual gathering for up to 48 distinguished litigators from across Canada, each of whom has been hand-selected to receive an invitation based on their experience and specialization in resolving class action disputes. The value is found in the mix of representation from both the defendant and plaintiff sides of the bar. Participants can build rapport and stronger relationships with those they would likely work with or against on cases. All those invited have over 20 years of relevant experience.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group gains knowledge through substantive learning where participants can educate and inform themselves on the most relevant issues they face from both perspectives. This in turn deepens relationships amongst peers and fosters a more collegial bar.
This elite group, comprised of experts in the field, personally nominates all invitees and develops the Agenda, which forms the basis of our discussions.

Built on meaningful interactions and genuine connections, the Forum is the premiere gathering for preeminent leaders in class actions across Canada.
"Invaluable. A rarity to bring together such a high calibre of counsel and really get into how to make the practice better."
