The Asian Forum for Arbitration Counsel has been rescheduled to August 18 – 20, 2021, still at the Capella.
If you were registered prior to the Forum’s postponement, your registration has been transferred to August. Should you be unable to make the revised dates, we will offer you a credit towards a future program or, at your option, a full refund. A written request is required and must be provided at least 6 weeks prior to the Forum date.
If you have not confirmed, you may confidently secure your place at this highly coveted Forum by registering now. Your place at the table will be finalized upon payment.
The safety of participants is our highest priority. Rest assured that Cambridge closely monitors the pronouncements of government authorities and public health organizations concerning mandated and recommended measures for in-person gatherings, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure that the Forum is a safe and enriching experience for all participants.
Should Cambridge reschedule or cancel the Forum for any reason, your payment will be fully refunded, or, at your option, we will transfer your registration to the rescheduled Forum, if applicable, or offer you a credit towards a future Forum.
Should, at any point, restrictions on in-person gatherings or travel be imposed by relevant government authorities or health officials that preclude the Forum from taking place, or should major airline schedules be restricted such that it is not commercially feasible for you to travel to the Forum, your payment will be fully refunded, or, at your option, we will transfer your registration to the rescheduled Forum, if applicable, or offer you a credit towards a future Forum.
Should you be unable to participate in the Forum due to either your own concerns about COVID-19 or travel restrictions imposed by your firm, your payment will be fully refunded if a written request is provided at least 6 weeks prior to the Forum date.
If you elect to cancel your registration anytime between 6 weeks prior to the Forum and the date of the Forum for any reason other than the preceding, our normal cancellation policy will apply.
