The Forum Experience
Experience the Cambridge Forum Difference
Cambridge Forums are tailored to the unique needs of upper echelon participants. Each forum is a gathering of the elite in a particular field, either domestically or internationally, depending on the topic. Cambridge hosts these annual meetings across the world.
Cambridge is renowned for the elegance of its meetings. Our Forums are held in relaxed, country-estate settings conducive to reflective thinking. Away from the unrelenting demands of their normal workday, participants are able to challenge each other's thinking with uncommon depth, candour, and experience-based input.
"Best conference I’ve been to. The intimate setting and high quality in attendees makes this event a “must attend” event if you are lucky enough to get invited."
Participation is by Invitation
Participants are selected by a Committee of their peers to gather each year and address their sector's most challenging issues. This approach provides an intensive learning opportunity from shared experiences and individual perspectives. Over time, each forum group crystallizes into an elite community of senior leaders, trusted confidants, and advisors.
The Dialogue is In-depth and Insightful
The depth of discussion is always profound and enthusiastic because the group is comprised of highly informed and experienced professionals. Participants receive immediate feedback on their own thinking, and learn from the group's shared experiences. All session discussions are off-the-record, encouraging a free-flowing exchange of ideas and insights, while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
You will Truly Connect with your Peers
While the dialogue and debate during the working sessions of a forum is often intense, there is ample time for conversations and to build relationships during the receptions and meals. Despite the comfortable settings, a Cambridge Forum is not a "holiday" type of program, and participants are not encouraged to bring spouses or significant others. We encourage participants to fully engage with their colleagues throughout the Forum.
