Dates: March 3 - 5, 2024
Location: Vancouver, BC
The Forum will be an annual meeting for up to 48 distinguished litigators from across Canada, each of whom has been selected based on their experience and specialization in resolving class action disputes. The group will include a balance of representatives from both the defendant and plaintiff sides. All participants will be invited by a member of the Steering Committee and will have over 20 years of experience.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies pressing issues, learns how others address these problems and identifies solutions. This in turn deepens relationships amongst peers and fosters a more collegial bar.
This elite group, comprised of experts in the field, personally nominates all invitees and develops the Agenda, which forms the basis of our discussions.

"The Forum is not a conference. It's an open collaborative forum where emerging and key issues are discussed and a fantastic opportunity to interact with your peers. It creates and strengthens connections in the bar and provides an opportunity to all participants to have meaningful impact. The overall planning and execution of the forum was excellent and the location and setting was not only, excellent, but conducive to keeping the group engaged."
Darren Reed Partner Fasken LLP Calgary, AB"This was a well-engaged and fun event that gave me helpful information about a variety of class action cases and was enjoyable to meet class action colleagues across Canada that I had previously known by name only."
Jean-Marc Leclerc Partner Sotos LLP Toronto, ON"Very collegial. Allows to meet/chat with counsel you work with/against out of the work environment. More interaction and free discussions than other types of forums/seminars."
