Forum on International Tax & Disputes

Our COVID-19 Guarantee

February 21 - 23, 2021 Surrey, United Kingdom

Cambridge Forums Inc. COVID-19 Protocols

  • Our staff will isolate prior to hosting to the event if required by the UK health authority.

  • Cambridge Forums will limit participation to a maximum of 44 guests. This is to ensure we can accommodate 2 meters between people in the meeting room to be in accordance with Local Government guidelines.

  • Participants will be required to complete a medical screening questionnaire upon arrival at Pennyhill Park to ensure everyone is in good health.

  • Upon arrival, participants will receive a welcome packet in a sealed envelope for their individual use. It will include all Forum materials as well as a reusable mask and hand sanitizer.

  • Temperature checks will be taken throughout the duration of the Forum.

  • Masks or face coverings are required in all indoor spaces and recommended in outdoor spaces when you cannot physically distance. A face shield will be provided at each place setting in the meeting room for use throughout the Forum.

  • Cambridge strongly encourages you to wear either your mask or face shield while seated during the sessions. A mask is required to be worn any time during transit, for example when visiting the washrooms or getting a cup of coffee.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available at the entry to and in the meeting.

  • Cambridge always asks participants to wear their name badge, especially during meals, for contact tracing purposes.

  • Dining tables will be seated in smaller groups. If you wish to dine separately from the group, Cambridge can make alternate arrangements for you.

  • All surfaces and touchpoints will be disinfected at regular intervals.

  • All touchpoints will be minimized by providing everything participants will need at their individual place setting during meals and meetings.

  • Hotel staff will not be touching participants personal items in the meeting room and where possible don’t recommend porter service or coat check.

  • Participants are asked not to hug or shake hands with others.

  • Cambridge Forums will have a post-event check in to ensure the wellness of all participants.

  • Participants will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging that despite the preceding protocols implemented by Cambridge and the hotel, there remains a risk of contracting COVID-19 while at the Forum.
