The Steering Committee welcomes up to 44 of the most experienced senior family law practitioners and a select number of subject matter experts from across Canada to discuss practical issues in family law and impacts on their clients.

Using candid, seminar-style discussion, participants examine trends and developments in every jurisdiction and benchmark their thinking related to cross-jurisdictional and complex family law issues. Participants are able to engage in meaningful dialogue about the most pressing issues facing their clients and build valuable networks of like-minded peers.
